Putting myself to date: Last saturday's drawing in Babelia. The text reads: General Direction of Cultural Politics and Industries and of the Book (depending on the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture). Hard to translate... but the hierarchy is clear on the drawing. Before the new government, the Book had a General Direction of its own inside Culture, which had a ministry of its own too.
